Light scratches you only see at an angle. Screen unmarked, everything works.

Fair

Obvious scratches, scuffs or small dents. Screen intact and everything works.

Faulty

Cracked screen, a fault, or it will not power on.

Before you send it

Back it up — we wipe every device we buy and cannot recover anything afterwards.
Sign out of iCloud and Find My, or your Google account. We cannot resell a locked device.
Take the SIM and any memory card out.
Settle any finance on the handset first.

Getting paid

Bank transfer Same working day as the inspection.
Cash at the counter Handed over at 42 Market Street.
Credit against a repair Knocked off a repair bill, balance paid to you.

The small print
