Privacy policy

We collect the name, email, phone number and message you type on this site, plus technical basics (IP address, browser) needed to run the booking and stop spam. We use that to reply, complete a repair, and — only if you tick the box — send marketing. The box is off by default.

Bookings and messages are kept for 24 months after completion unless you ask us to erase them sooner, or the law says we must keep a record. That period is still to be confirmed.

We do not sell your details. Staff see what they need to do the job. A subject-access or erasure request can be emailed to hello@ifixanyphone.co.uk.

Maps and analytics scripts load only after cookie consent, once that banner is switched on.
