Post my phone in
If you cannot get to Wigan, pack the phone and send it. Typical round-trip is a few working days once the part is in. We are still confirming whether we provide a prepaid label — until then, use a tracked service and keep the receipt.
How to pack it
- Power it off. Do not wrap it in rice or kitchen roll.
- A small box or a padded envelope that will not flex the screen.
- Your name, mobile number and the fault written on a slip inside.
- Leave the SIM in unless you need it; we do not need your passcode posted on paper.
Insurance and tracking
Use a tracked, signed-for service and insure it for what the phone is worth to you. We photograph devices as they arrive.
How postal customers pay
Cash on collection does not work in the post. This is an open question for the owner. Until it is confirmed, we will not take a card on the site — we will email the agreed figure and the payment method before the screwdriver comes out.
